European cooperation in vocational education -

The Copenhagen process



The harmonisation efforts in the field of vocational education and training follows the same process in the field the higher education through the so called Bologna-Process.

Helsinki [2006]

Copenhagen process on enhanced European cooperation in vocational education and training (VET), has a ministerial follow-up conference every two years. After Copenhagen in 2002 and Maastricht in 2004, Helsinki hosted the 3rd ministerial conference. Ministerial meeting took place on 5 December 2006 in Helsinki.

The EUROPASS (transparency tool for the proof of qualifications)
